I made Bryan Johnson's blueprint for brain health to help you reach daily peak productivity.

Here is how it works:

1) We get a snapshot of your life - connect your your phone data, calendar, and biomarkers from your wearable data and answer some standardized questions.

2) Psychologists review your data.

3) You get a full brain health snapshot — plus a personalized action plan.

I am building this mainly because as a former Judo national team athlete, I’ve seen firsthand that peak performance demands being in the top 1% physically and mentally - working on my brain health, sleep routines, stress reactions etc. helped me perform a lot better.

We're currently in early access, based in SF, and working primarily with athletes and founding teams
