Most devs obsess over code quality, few obsess over distribution. Why?

I’ve been thinking about this:

- We obsess over code quality, architecture, and scaling.

- But we rarely “debug” distribution — why people sign up, how they discover us, or why they leave.

For those of you who have built something that actually took off — what made the biggest difference:

1. A feature you built?

2. Or something you did outside of coding?

Curious to hear real-world stories.
